I was thinking what I should write about, since I haven’t written on my blog for quite a long time, & you people know how much I miss you
(just so you know I haven’t seen Inception yet I’m totally improvising.. I mean the idea just came to my mind)
“Dreams are like stars…you may never touch them, but if you follow them they will lead you to your destiny.”
Dreams… we all have them; even if you don’t remember what you dreamed of… but actually, you did.
I am one of those who remember most of the dreams they had, wake up, bringing all of my imaginary details...

Love him… when he shouts or screams, because after a long day of working till he sweats to provide you a living, he deserves some patience.
Love him… when he brings you an anniversary gift that you don’t like, what matters is that he remembered after all.
Love him… when he’s just too tired to stay up late with you, he’s been working all day for you.
Love him… when he surprises you. Act surprised even if you knew it before, believe me he’ll make lots of effort to prepare it for you.
Love him… when he tells you something that you don’t like, he never meant to...

When I was a kid, my favorite stuffed animal was a panda bear. I used to take him with me everywhere, his name was just Panda. Sometimes I played with Barbie, and normal girly dolls & toys such as the make-up & the kitchen sets. I also used to play with blocks, I was a good builder. I had this standard design that I always & ONLY made, which was an apartment; a living room, two bed rooms, a bathroom & a kitchen. I used to really get pissed off because I never was able to build a toilet. I could make the bathtub, but never could do neither the toilet & the basin...

“That’s not right”
“This is unacceptable”
We always hear these kind of phrases when we do something in particular, but if you stop for a second & think about it, you might ask yourself: “unacceptable compared to what? Not right in whose point of view?”
In western countries, it’s alright to have a girlfriend, drink alcohol & so many other things that could not possibly take place in middle-eastern countries. And even if it did, it won’t really be seen as normal.
If you’re a western person & you’re in a social event, you wouldn’t feel guilty...

A blinding flash of white light
Lit up the sky over Gaza tonight
People running for cover
Not knowing whether they’re dead or alive
They came with their tanks and their planes
With ravaging fiery flames
And nothing remains
Just a voice rising up in the smoky haze
We will not go down
In the night, without a fight
You can burn up our mosques and our homes and our schools
But our spirit will never die
We will not go down
In Gaza tonight
Women and children alike
Murdered and massacred night after night
While the so-called leaders of countries afar
Debated on who’s wrong...

Last week I had a conversation with three male colleagues about why women are thought to be less intelligent than men. It started when one of them was talking about employment of women in Saudi Arabia. Also how women invaded the labor market in general & how they decreased men’s opportunities to get jobs. While – in their opinion- women should be taking care of their homes, because they’re not as intelligent as men & women as one of them stated tafheen which means in Arabic insignificant or empty minded.
I got heated up; I just couldn’t bear being inferiorly looked...

Sometimes I look at parents’ actions; be it my parents or my friends’ parents, & wish if someone could tell them that they’re not doing really good in that certain situation. No one can be perfect, that applies on parents too, but the thing is; most times they don’t seem to accept criticism from anyone. Even from their own parents & best friends.
So, I am writing the thoughts I get when I see some negative actions towards the daughter & the son, just in case any parent ran into it, they don’t feel direct criticism. Also, these are my real wishes & what...

This short story is inspired by incidents of child abuse allover the world, specially teachers who abuse their students
He was still an “It”, the world was just a small playground he played in with his friends in the break. Neither did he nor his friends know the meaning of being unmerciful or even knew the meaning of the word “evil”. He woke up like everyday,
By his mother’s sweet soft voice: “wake up sweetheart, you will be late”
He replied in a sleepy voice: “please… just 5 minutes”
His Mom came closer with her hands going over his head “come on, don’t...
